Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered at the same time;

On which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can do so via email at info@mozimae.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur additional costs for you.
We may refuse the reimbursement until we have:

Received the returned goods, or

You have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions and Expiry of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made based on a consumer's individual choice or decision;

For the delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;

For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the contract but which cannot be delivered until 30 days after the contract is concluded, and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:

For the delivery of sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery;

For the delivery of goods that, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

For the delivery of audio or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The return address on our packages is not our return address. Upon request, we will provide you with the return address via email.
